Welcome to Gabbro. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Gabbro football analytics platform, including our website, API, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Gabbro, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms. If you are using Gabbro on behalf of a team, school, or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
2. Account Registration
To use Gabbro, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
Coaching accounts may invite assistant coaches, analysts, or staff mcrests as sub-users under their organization. The primary account holder is responsible for the activity of all sub-users.
3. Subscription & Billing
Gabbro offers an annual subscription at $59 per year, which includes access to all platform features. New accounts receive a 14-day free trial before billing begins.
- Billing Cycle: Your subscription renews annually on the anniversary of your initial purchase date.
- Free Trial: If you cancel during the 14-day trial period, you will not be charged. After the trial, your payment method will be charged for the annual subscription.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue through the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.
- Price Changes: We may adjust pricing with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal date. Continued use after the price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Gabbro only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:
- Use the Service for any illegal activity, including unauthorized gambling or match-fixing
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the platform
- Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the Service beyond the provided API
- Share your account credentials or API keys with unauthorized parties
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
- Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful data
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with a team or organization
5. Intellectual Property
The Gabbro platform, including its design, branding, code, algorithms, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Gabbro and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of all game data, play-by-play records, and statistical analyses you create or upload to Gabbro. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your data solely to provide and improve the Service.
6. API Usage
Gabbro provides a REST API for programmatic access to your data and platform features. By using the API, you agree to the following additional terms:
- Rate Limits: API requests are subject to rate limits. Exceeding these limits may result in temporary throttling or suspension of API access.
- API Keys: You are responsible for keeping your API keys secure. Do not embed keys in client-side code or publicly accessible repositories.
- Permitted Use: The API may be used to build custom dashboards, integrate with your existing tools, or export your own data. Reselling API access or data obtained through the API is prohibited.
- Changes: We may update or modify the API with reasonable notice. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to maintain backward compatibility.
7. Data Accuracy Disclaimer
Gabbro is a tool for tracking, recording, and analyzing football statistics. While we strive for accuracy in our platform's calculations, metrics, and reports:
- Statistical data is only as accurate as the input provided by users. Gabbro does not independently verify play-by-play entries, scores, or game data submitted through the platform.
- Calculated metrics such as efficiency ratings, performance grades, and drive analysis are based on proprietary algorithms and should be considered alongside other scouting and coaching methods.
- Gabbro is not a substitute for professional scouting, medical evaluation, or official league statistics.
- We do not guarantee that any statistical insights, player evaluations, or trend analyses will produce specific outcomes in games, recruiting, or personnel decisions.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gabbro and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or competitive advantage, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to Gabbro in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we reasonably believe is harmful to other users, third parties, or the integrity of the platform. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
You may request an export of your data within 30 days of account termination. After this period, we may permanently delete your data from our systems.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Ohio.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Effective Date" above. For significant changes that affect your rights or obligations, we will provide at least 30 days' notice via email or in-app notification. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
